The Billy Budd Seamanship Award:

In 1990, Dave Sebold found a statue and designed the Billy Budd trophy around his “find”. It was his dream the trophy would be awarded each year to one Junior Sailor showing outstanding qualities in seamanship. The sailing instructors together with the Sailing Chairperson decide yearly on the Jr. Sailor to receive this award.
