Kenny Mockridge, Jr. Wins the 2009 Sunfish NY Downstate Regional:

Congratulations to Kenny on winning the 2009 Sunfish NY Downstate Regional qualifying him to compete at the 2010 Sunfish World Championship in Italy. Kenny won the regatta in impressive fashion by winning 4 out of the 7 races competed. The fleet of 41 boats contained many great sailors including former Sunfish World Champion Paul-Jon Patin in 2nd place, and former Sunfish North American Champion Doug Kaukeinen in 3rd place, followed by defending Sunfish NY Downstate Regional Champion Dan Hesse in 4th place. There were also numerous past regional champions and sunfish world championship competitors throughout the fleet.

Frank Castellano Wins the 2009 Sprague Memorial Trophy:

Congratulations to Frank on winning the 2009 Sprague Memorial Trophy, competed in Flying Scots, at Moriches Yacht Club on August 1st. The Sprague Memorial Regatta was also the 2nd leg of the Long Island Flying Scot Championship.
